Rakali Cottage - Lakes Edge

Relaxation is key at Rakali Cottage. Relax in the sun whilst reading a book on the deck, gentle birdsong in your ears, or throw a line in the lake and try to catch your dinner.

The central kitchen-dining-living area is the heart of the cottage. Flanked by 4 bedrooms, the modern kitchen and living space has direct views to the lake. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, Bosch oven and induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher as well as essential pantry items.

Off each side of the living area is a queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom, making it ideal for 2 families. Note there is no bath tub in the cottage.

A well equipped laundry with washer, dryer and large sink is located off the kitchen, with a large outdoor clothesline available.

The living area has A/C that cool/heats the entire house for your comfort, and the living area and queen bedrooms have ceiling fans. The 2 other bedrooms offer portable fans.

A large lawn area as well as the lakeside reserve is right at the cottage’s doorstep, providing plenty of space to play. The front yard also provides plenty of space for off-street parking for a boat, trailer or multiple cars.

The rear yard includes a paved area with gas BBQ and large picnic table overlooking the lake.

Access to the house is via a key in a lockbox. Instructions for entry and settling in to your stay will be provided prior to your stay.

The lake can be accessed via a small sandy beach area at the rear of the property.

Some rules:

* No parties - the street is a quiet residential area with many permanent residents

* No camping or caranvans to be occupied on the premises.

* Please report any breakages or issues - this helps us keep the cottage ready for everyone to enjoy.

The garage is not accessible for guest use.
